Welcome to GeoVee. These Terms of Service are a contract between you and GeoVee that governs your use of the geovee.io website, the GeoVee WordPress plugin, and the GeoVee application programming interface. By installing, accessing, or using GeoVee you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Who we are
GeoVee helps service businesses suggest the best days to serve customers in specific areas and to reduce unnecessary driving. Customers can enter an address on your site and see dates when you will already be nearby. Behind the scenes GeoVee checks your calendar and service radiuses and counts searches against the plan you selected. References to we, us, and our mean the team operating GeoVee. References to you and your mean the customer or the person or entity using the service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract and you must use GeoVee in compliance with all laws that apply to you. If you create an account you are responsible for all activity under it. Keep your login and any API keys confidential. If you suspect unauthorized use, contact us right away.
Licenses and your content
We grant you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable license to install and use the GeoVee plugin and to call our API during your subscription term. You grant us permission to process the data you send to the service so that we can provide the features you requested. You retain ownership of your content. You represent that you have the right to use and share any addresses or customer information you submit to GeoVee.
API keys, license keys, and activations
GeoVee may issue license keys for the plugin and API keys for direct integration. Keys are personal to your business. Do not share or resell them. Keys may have activation limits and may be tied to your domain. We may deactivate or rotate keys that are compromised or used in violation of these terms.
Plans, usage limits, and fair use
Many GeoVee plans include monthly search limits. A search is counted when your plugin or integration calls the tracking endpoint after a successful address lookup. Counters reset on the first day of each month in Coordinated Universal Time. If you reach your plan limit we may throttle or block further searches until the counter resets or you upgrade. We may apply additional rate limits to keep the service stable for everyone. We may update plan features and limits from time to time and will reflect those updates on our site.
Billing, renewal, and cancellation
If your plan is paid you authorize us or our payment processor to charge the fees shown at checkout and any applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term unless you cancel before renewal. You can cancel at any time in your account settings. Unless the law says otherwise fees are non refundable and the service will continue through the end of the paid period after cancellation. If a payment fails we may suspend or terminate your access.
Third party services
GeoVee may rely on third party mapping, geocoding, routing, e commerce, or analytics providers. Those services are outside our control and may have their own terms and privacy practices. Your use of GeoVee means you agree that we may use such providers to deliver the service.
Acceptable use
Use GeoVee responsibly. Do not attempt to break or circumvent security. Do not scrape or overload our endpoints. Do not try to access data that is not yours. Do not use the service for illegal activity or to create a safety risk. Do not use GeoVee for time critical or life critical dispatch including emergency services or urgent medical transport. If we believe your use violates these rules or harms the service or others we may throttle suspend or terminate access.
Service changes and availability
We are always improving GeoVee. We may add or remove features, change how features work, or discontinue parts of the service. We try to keep the service available and fast but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted. Planned maintenance, outages at third party providers, or events beyond our control may affect availability.
Data privacy and security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No system can be perfectly secure. You are responsible for securing your site, your plugin installation, and your keys. Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
Feedback
If you share feedback or ideas, you allow us to use them without restriction or payment. This helps us improve GeoVee.
Intellectual property
GeoVee owns the service, the software, the documentation, and the trademarks. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our software except where the law permits despite this restriction.
Termination
You may stop using GeoVee at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if your payment fails, if your key is misused, or if we decide to discontinue the service. When the agreement ends your license to use the software and API ends and you must stop using your keys. Sections that by their nature should survive will continue to apply including ownership, disclaimers, limits of liability, and indemnity.
Disclaimers
We provide GeoVee as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement. We do not warrant that the addresses returned by any provider will be accurate or that suggested dates will fit every route or constraint. You are responsible for your scheduling decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law GeoVee will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some places do not allow certain limits. In those places the limits apply to the maximum extent allowed.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless GeoVee from claims, losses, and costs arising from your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we make material changes we will post the new terms and the effective date on our site. If you keep using the service after the effective date you accept the new terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of [insert your state or country]. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in [insert city and state or country], and both parties consent to that venue. You and we waive any right to a trial by jury where permitted.

Entire agreement
These terms and any policies linked from them are the entire agreement between you and GeoVee about the service and replace any prior agreements or understandings on this subject.
